Cumann na mBunscol 2022

Following a two-year absence, the return of the Cumann na mBunscol camogie competition was a welcome addition to the school calendar.
Round one of the competition was run off in a blitz format on Thursday the 12th of May. It was an exciting day for the girls and the matches were all extremely competitive and close.
Ogonnelloe N.S, Barefield N.S, Clooney N.S and O’Callaghan’s Mills /Kilkishen took part on the day.
Ogonnelloe and Barefield were drawn at the end of the blitz for second place. A further match was scheduled to decide the winners. Ogonnelloe were narrowly defeated in this decider and Barefield progressed to the next round.
