World Book Day Celebrations

To celebrate World Book Day, children in Ogonnelloe N.S dressed up as a character from their favourite book. Classes enjoyed a range of fun activities throughout the day ranging from DEAR time to book quizzes.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming Tara, from Scariff library. She came to talk to the children about the activities currently available in the library and read excerpts from a selection of books that are popular at the moment with younger readers.
