April was a very busy month in Ogonnelloe N.S. The month’s activities began with the National Finals of the Credit Union Quiz on the 9th of April. Our Under 10 team represented the school so well and we were very proud of them.
The Whole School Planting Day took place on the 10th of April and every child had the opportunity to pot on a seedling to take home.
The senior classes took part in the mini 7’s hurling on the 9th of April and the girls competition was held on the 25th. The Scholastic Book Fair was a huge success and ran from the 17th to the 24th of April.
Hurling Coaching also took place each Friday for all calsses.
