Autumn Harvest

The Garden Club were busy harvesting tomatoes, cucumbers, kale, strawberries, potatoes, lettuce and corn from the polytunnel this autumn.

The committee members shared some of the harvest with all classes and discussed when the produce was planted.

Children in the junior classes observed the signs of autumn in the garden during nature walks. They gathered leaves and used them to do leaf printing in art.
